Terms of use
These are the plain terms for using Corpsite: what is yours, what is ours, and what we both expect. We suggest reading them before you buy.

Definitions
In these terms, "Corpsite" or "we" means the company website platform, management panel and mobile app offered by ADE YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ; "customer" or "you" means the person or company that buys or uses the service.
"Service" means everything in the plan you chose: building and publishing your website, the management panel, the mobile app, hosting and the other features. "Content" means any text, image, product, message or other material you put on your site or into the service. "Period" means the time your paid plan is valid.
What the service covers
Our team builds and publishes your website. You manage the site, incoming messages and the other features of your plan from the management panel and the mobile app. Hosting, an SSL security certificate and backups are included as far as your plan includes them.
Which features are available depends on your plan; what each plan contains is written on the pricing page. We do not promise a specific performance score, visitor volume or uptime percentage.
Account and security
The information you give when you open an account must be accurate and kept up to date. If it changes, please update it in the panel or tell us.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. You are also responsible for the access you give your team and for what team members do through your account. If you suspect your account is being used without your permission, write to us at once.
Orders, price and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; listed prices include VAT. An order is created when payment completes successfully.
Payment is taken on the iyzico payment page. You enter your card details on iyzico's page and they are not stored on Corpsite servers. Instalments depend on the bank that issued your card; the bank decides which instalment options are offered and whether a fee applies.
Your purchase is made under the distance sales agreement and the pre-contract information form, which are shown before you order.
End of period and renewal
Renewal is not charged automatically. Nothing is taken from your card without your approval.
Before your period ends, a reminder with a payment link is e-mailed to the address on your account. If the period ends and you have not renewed, your site stays online for a short extra period, and you can still renew with the payment link during it.
When that extra period ends, your site is taken to a maintenance page. Nothing of yours is deleted at that point, and the site reopens when payment is made. You can still sign in to the management panel and pay in the meantime.
Content and ownership
You own the content you put on your site. You confirm that you have the right to use, publish and host it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You allow us to use your content only as far as needed to run the service: to host it, display it, back it up and provide it to you. This permission cannot be used for any other purpose and ends when the service ends.
The platform, themes, components, software and our brands belong to us. During these terms we give you a limited, non-transferable right to use them to use the service; no ownership is transferred.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or that infringes other people's rights. In particular, you may not publish unlawful content, infringe copyright or trademarks, send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), spread malware, or try to disturb the security or operation of the service.
If these rules are broken we may remove the content concerned or suspend the account temporarily. We will tell you beforehand where we can; where there is an urgent legal duty or a security risk, we may act without prior notice.
AI features
Some features of the service use AI to produce suggestions and drafts. These may be wrong or incomplete, and you need to review them before you publish.
Content you publish is your content and your responsibility, even when it started as a suggestion.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers to work: for example iyzico for payments, Cloudflare for network and security, and the relevant providers for e-mail delivery and mobile notifications. These providers have their own terms and may have outages.
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for problems caused by a provider's outage or decision outside our control.
Availability and maintenance
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running smoothly. Maintenance, updates and unexpected faults can cause short interruptions, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If a long planned maintenance is coming, we give notice beforehand where we can.
Data protection
Your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Which data we process and why, your rights and how to use them are written in the Privacy policy. These terms add to that text and do not replace it.
You are responsible for your own obligations when you process the data of your site's visitors and your customers.
Intellectual property
The Corpsite name, logo, the platform software, its interface, themes and components belong to us or our licensors. Without our written permission they may not be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered or offered as part of another service.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or loss of profit or revenue, arising from using or not being able to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid for the period the event relates to.
This limit does not apply to loss caused by intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For an important change we will tell you by e-mail or in the management panel. The current text is published on this page with its last updated date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the current terms; if you do not accept them, you may end the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and choose not to renew. We keep the right to end the service if you seriously breach these terms.
When the service ends, your site stops being published. For what happens to your personal data afterwards, see the Privacy policy.
Refunds and withdrawal
The terms for refunds and cancellation are on the "Refund and cancellation terms" page, and a consumer's right of withdrawal is in the "Distance sales agreement". These terms of use do not limit any statutory right you have as a consumer.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Izmir (Merkez) have jurisdiction over disputes. As a consumer, you keep the right to the consumer court and arbitration committee that the law gives you jurisdiction over in your favour.
