Question 1

What does "first setup by us" cover?

Accepted Answer

When you buy a licence you do not deal with technical details. According to your plan, our team designs and sets up your first site using your logo, brand colours and the content you send. We take it live ready to use and hand over your login details.

Question 2

Can I move my site to another server?

Accepted Answer

Corpsite is a cloud service (SaaS). The software and its infrastructure are hosted on Corpsite servers and the code is not handed out. The images and texts you upload are yours and you can take them at any time. Your database backups are shared with you as well.

Question 3

Why is there an annual renewal fee?

Accepted Answer

Corpsite is a continuously running service, not a software sale. The annual fee covers hosting, domain renewal, the SSL certificate, technical support, and the new features and security updates added during the year, so your site neither ages nor goes offline.

Question 4

Can I make changes without technical knowledge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The management panel needs no code. You can change texts, upload photos, update prices and move blocks around. You can do the same from the mobile app.

Question 5

I own several companies. Can I manage them all in one place?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With multi-site management you switch between every site you own under one login and manage them all from one panel without keeping separate passwords.

Question 6

What can I manage from the mobile app?

Accepted Answer

You can publish blog posts or news, upload product and service photos from your phone, receive and answer form and live support messages as notifications, and see visitor statistics.

Question 7

Can I change my site's design later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a new design for your industry from the theme library and apply it. Your posts and products carry over to the new design.

Question 8

Will my site rank high on Google?

Accepted Answer

The infrastructure is written to be search engine ready: page speed, an automatic sitemap, meta tag management and mobile support are in place. As long as your content is good the technical side backs you up. A ranking cannot be guaranteed, because content and competition decide it too.

Question 9

How do multiple languages work?

Accepted Answer

With the AI-assisted language module you translate content you wrote in Turkish into English, German, Arabic and other languages in one tap. The site opens in a suitable language by the visitor's country, which helps exporters.

Question 10

How does support work?

Accepted Answer

Reach us from the Support section of your panel, by e-mail, or, if your plan includes it, through the WhatsApp and live support line. Our technical team replies as soon as it can.
